Refund policy
At StreetKings Customs, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and craftsmanship to every customer. Because of the custom nature of our work, we have specific policies to ensure fairness while protecting the value of our services.
Custom work
All custom work is made specifically for your build, making it unique to you. For this reason, all sales on custom services are final once fabrication or installation has begun.
- Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover essential design work and material costs.
- Custom projects are carefully planned and executed — once we start, the process can’t be reversed.
Product purchases (Parts & Materials)
If you purchase standard parts or accessories (non-custom items), you can request a return under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit, not cash refunds.
- Restocking fees may apply to cover handling and inventory costs.
Please note that custom-ordered products, such as personalized upholstery or custom-painted parts, are non-refundable.
Workmanship guarantee
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If any issue arises due to our installation or workmanship:
- We will repair or resolve the issue at no cost within 30 days of service.
- This guarantee applies only to work completed directly by StreetKings Customs.
Our goal is to make sure your build performs as great as it looks.
Refunds & return exceptions
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Parts sourced from third-party vendors.
- Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or handling after delivery.
