Custom orders

• Custom-made products require extra production time due to their personalized nature.
  
• Typically, custom orders ship within 3–7 weeks, depending on design complexity and material availability.
  
• We’ll keep you updated on your production timeline via email.
  

Shipping methods & costs

• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
  
• Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you require express delivery.

Order tracking & shipping delays

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
  
• StreetKings Customs is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or customs processing times).

International orders

Customs and duties fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the order total.
